Ordering & payment:
To place an order, just add items to the cart and go to the check out through PayPal where on-line payment is completed using their secure server. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card.
Please ensure that you fill in your postal details correctly. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods if an incorrect address has been supplied.
At the present time on-line orders are only available to UK based customers. If you would like to be sent an overseas order, please contact email@example.com
Most items on the website are one off and only one will be in stock. Please do NOT add more than one of any item to your cart. If you would like a similar or identical item but it is not shown, please get in touch.
We have no minimum order on our website and there is free postage to the UK.
You may also pay through Izettle’s payment links. Just contact me with the details of your order and once confirmed I will e-mail you a payment link for the purchase through Izettle’s secure server.
Do not leave card details on the answer machine. Either call back later, or leave your telephone number and your call will be returned.
Please note we do not have a physical shop to accept visitors. We operate by internet, telephone or from craft and gift shows.
We do not add VAT (Value Added Tax) to orders or any other sales tax.
Out of stock items:
In the event that an ordered item is unavailable or out of stock, you will be emailed and offered a refund or replacement. After 48 hours, if we receive no reply a refund will be issued to avoid further delays of your order. Out of stock items cannot be backordered, please re-order at a later date.
Contract of sale:
By completing your purchase with ShelleyM you agree to enter into a contract of sale with us under these terms. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
Confirmation of order:
ShelleyM will send confirmation of the receipt of an internet order by email, to the email address supplied at the time of ordering. We reserve the right not to supply goods if an invalid email address has been supplied. Confirmation will be sent within 7 days of receipt of the order.
We reserves the right not to fulfil any order, or part of an order, for whatever reason. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit or debit card.
Shipping & Returns
UK postage and packing charge is currently free! For overseas shipping, please contact us.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you gave when you placed your order. Despatch is aimed to be within 7 working days of the receipt of payment, but this may be longer at busier times of the trading year. Average turnaround for despatch is 24-48 hours. If an item is out of stock, or we anticipate a delay we will email to discuss it with you. However we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please allow 15 working days for UK packages. No replacements or refunds can be issued until after this time. For urgent orders, please email for details of options for Next Day delivery service. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen orders if you request a package to be left on a doorstep, in a shed, or at a neighbour. We will put your request on your package, but such delivery requests will be at your own risk.
If the goods are damaged on delivery, you should notify us by letter or email within 14 days of delivery for instructions on how to return the goods. We will attempt to recover the cost of the damaged goods from the delivery service and replace the damaged goods, or issue a refund.
Your right to cancel:
Please note your right to cancel your contract with us under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“Consumer Protection”).
If you wish to cancel your contract with us, you must give notice by letter or email – firstname.lastname@example.org. Optionally, you may give a reason for cancelling the order, but this is not required, although it may be useful to us.
You must return the goods to us in new and unused condition at your own expense within 14 days of notification to us. Do not return items until you have received a notification of return of goods message. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Please obtain a certificate of posting for return of the goods. It is also advisable to obtain adequate insurance to cover the value of the items being returned. Unless incorrect or faulty items were sent, the cost of returning goods for refund, are your responsibility.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned items using the same payment method used when originally ordering. You will be reimbursed for the cost of the items returned, including their original outbound shipping charges, excluding any additional shipping upgrades you may have chosen at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to make appropriate charges if goods returned have been damaged and are not fit for re-sale. (This excludes reasonable handling associated with inspection of the items purchased.) If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
In the unlikely event that goods are faulty, damaged, or there is a mistake with your order you should notify us by letter or email within 14 days of delivery for instructions on how to return the goods. We will attempt to recover the cost of the damaged goods from the delivery service and replace the goods, or issue a refund. . Please obtain a certificate of posting. If you have any queries or problems, please do let us know and we will try to help. For For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings unless there is a clear fault.
